Will you pay my bills for me?
yes, we most certainly can. We can keep AP deadlines and payments on track.
Can you do invoicing to my customers?
Yes, if you are willing to put time into the training. Billing customers can be very specific to each client, but we are willing to learn what that looks like for your company and ensure the cash flow keeps coming.
Do you do collections?
Yes, the “lite” version of it. We will reach out to your customers for payment. However, when they do not pay, we will involve you to help resolve the issues.

How do I know my financials are done right?
Your “day to day” person(s) isn’t the same person that overlooks your financial at month end. Someone with the appropriate experience will do a proper month and review your financials giving you the comfort that everything is going according to plan.
Is this expensive?
If you were to hire a full time employee, you have to pay wages, CPP, EI, benefits, WCB and so much more. Then, when they go on vacation or leave your company, the cost of not having someone there is immeasurable. When you work with us, you pay only for the time that we spend on your account and we have several different pricing levels, depending on the service you are wanting. In the end, it likely saves you money and can often give you a better accounting result.
